In this great country, this England, this democracy, we are loyal and obedient subjects. We support our great leaders, whether we agree with them or not, although we reserve the right to criticise and complain in every national newspaper and broadcast media if they veer too close to the unacceptable realms of Socialism. In these fragile times, it is more important than ever to stand up for Boris.
Since Brexit (yes, we dare to say the magic word!), the good times have rolled! People are better off, have fewer restrictions, shareholders in gas, oil and electricity companies are finally receiving the promised level of dividends. There are, as promised, plenty of upsides and no meaningful downsides, so long as you aren’t part of the Great Unwashed who don’t affect our economy in any meaningful way.
Unfortunately, despite a prolonged and largely successful Culture War, there is still some resistance to our rightful way of life. The Woke, the Experts, the Liberal Educated Elite, the Left generally, have not yet been defeated. Despite Boris’ best efforts, these sorry individuals still believe in free healthcare for all, redistribution of wealth, and pandering to the human rights of the undeserving sub-classes. This despicable Wokery may be tolerated on the Continent. But we are British, or to be more accurate, English. We will not bow to the misguided ideals of the EU, with their trendy compassion and their thriving economies. We will instead return to Merrie Englande, when peasants were truly subservient to their masters, and would happily die of plague without moaning about masks. A land of fertile fields and balmy summers. A world where wealth was celebrated, not envied. A green and pleasant land of milk and honey, and the occasional turnip for the serfs.
Boris is delivering this. We MUST back Boris, or our sunlit uplands will vanish under the demands of 67 million greedy mouths. England simply does not have room for them. And Boris will provide the Final Solution.
